Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and disruptors to forecast market evolution through 2030

- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from diverse disciplines
- Author strategic whitepapers on the future of work, human augmentation, and ethical AI
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into innovation pipelines
- Represent the company at global forums on technology ethics and long-term futures
- Build a proprietary foresight database using proprietary AI trend-analysis tools
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation publications
- Experience with futures mapping tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-back strategy implementation
