Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap using trend analysis and foresight methodologies
- Collaborate with C-suite to align strategic initiatives with long-term market evolution
- Identify and validate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for commercial application
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for disruptive industry shifts
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futurology, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in innovation strategy or futurist roles within tech/consulting
- Expertise in trend mapping, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Proven ability to translate complex foresight into actionable business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
