Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socioeconomic shifts, and global megatrends to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable R&D priorities
- Author high-impact trend reports and thought leadership publications for industry stakeholders
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into design and development processes
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and technology pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial innovation
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
