Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Innovation Radar using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities
- Produce quarterly foresight briefs for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement prototyping labs for emerging technologies
- Manage strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Establish KPI frameworks for innovation portfolio success
- Present future scenarios to investors and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategy, or related field
- 5+ years experience in corporate innovation or consulting
- Proven expertise in technology forecasting methodologies
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation
- Strong background in at least one emerging tech domain (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Experience with horizon scanning and trend mapping tools
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills
