Responsibilities

- Lead executive workshops on future-proofing organizational resilience
- Develop patent-pending methodologies for trend forecasting and scenario planning
- Translate foresight insights into market-ready product and service blueprints
- Build global networks of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with future-focused outcomes
- Proven track record of developing commercialized future-vision products/services
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to articulate complex future narratives
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (TED Talks, journals, etc.)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon scanning, Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
