Responsibilities
- Develop and implement horizon-scanning methodologies to identify disruptive trends (2026-2030)
- Design strategic roadmaps for clients navigating AI, biotech, and quantum computing convergence
- Lead interdisciplinary innovation sprints with engineers, designers, and domain experts
- Produce future-state scenario models and impact assessments for Fortune 500 partners
- Architect ethical frameworks for emerging technologies and societal adaptation
- Present visionary insights to C-suite executives and government stakeholders
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing trend-based strategic frameworks
- Expertise in systems thinking and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech stacks (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future narratives
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- MSc/PhD in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or equivalent
