Collaborate with C-suite executives to develop future-ready roadmaps that drive sustainable growth and competitive advantage. This role combines deep research prowess with executive-level communication skills to translate complex futures into clear opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across AI, biotech, climate tech, and societal shifts
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead innovation workshops with executive stakeholders
- Produce trend reports and strategic foresight publications
- Architect future-proof business models and transformation roadmaps
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future concepts
- Present strategic insights at industry conferences and executive forums
Qualifications
- 7+ years in foresight, strategy consulting, or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Experience advising C-suite executives on transformation
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication abilities
