Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across biotech, AI, quantum computing, and climate tech domains
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 2030+ market landscapes
- Lead client workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Produce proprietary research reports and whitepapers on disruptive technologies
- Design and validate future-state business models and value propositions
- Partner with R&D teams to accelerate prototyping of emerging solutions
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 5+ years applied experience
- Proven track record in trend forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., synthetic biology, neurotech, AGI)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities for executive audiences
- Experience developing innovation strategies for multinational corporations
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS preferred)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
