Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology, economic, and social trends to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify breakthrough opportunities in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Present visionary scenarios to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing concepts
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track adoption metrics
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging tech impacts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategy, Technology, or related field
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovations
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio of published futurist work or strategic frameworks
