Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to forecast industry transformations through 2026
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks to guide R&D investments and product roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Partner with C-suite executives to align organizational strategy with long-term future scenarios
- Author compelling thought leadership reports and present strategic insights to stakeholders
- Build and lead a dedicated futures intelligence team
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for complex future scenarios
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in high-uncertainty environments
- Published thought leadership on future trends or innovation strategy
