Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic plans and innovation roadmaps for C-suite leadership
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster future-thinking culture and ideation
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate emerging solutions
- Deliver executive briefings on future market shifts and competitive landscapes
- Establish KPIs for innovation adoption and future-readiness metrics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong presentation skills with ability to translate complex futures into actionable insights
- Experience with AI/ML, biotech, or climate tech trend analysis
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., from APF)
