Responsibilities
- Develop and publish bi-annual trend reports analyzing technological, social, and economic shifts impacting 2026
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for high-stakes business decisions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product development
- Identify and partner with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Create executive briefings on disruptive threats and opportunities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and industry pioneers
- Quantify future ROI for innovation initiatives using predictive modeling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy/innovation roles with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills
- Certificate in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Published research on 2020s technological disruption
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
