Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Author visionary white papers and market disruption reports for executive stakeholders and industry thought leadership
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R labs to pioneer next-generation solutions
- Design and deliver immersive innovation workshops for global teams and external partners
- Quantify market readiness and ROI projections for emerging technologies through data-driven modeling
- Champion ethical innovation principles and sustainable development frameworks across all initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology leadership roles
- Proven track record of translating emerging technologies into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies, scenario planning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Strong background in at least two emerging domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in reputable innovation or technology publications
