Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological shifts, and socioeconomic indicators to forecast industry landscapes for 2026
- Develop and implement strategic roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and sustainable technologies
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-oriented solutions and validate market viability
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members through compelling narratives

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented future-shaping initiatives
