- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype breakthrough solutions
- Build strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Present compelling future scenarios to C-suite executives and board members
- Oversee the creation of innovation portfolios with multi-year ROI projections
- Champion a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking across the organization
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their commercial applications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous challenges
- Strong presentation skills with ability to influence executive stakeholders
- Advanced degree in relevant field (Foresight, Business, Engineering, or Social Sciences)
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future studies preferred
