Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) to forecast industry disruptions by 2026
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable business strategies
- Author whitepapers and keynote presentations on emerging technologies and future scenarios
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Build and curate a global network of futurists, scientists, and industry disruptors
- Quantify market opportunities using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of forecasting disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
