Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 3-5 year innovation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision priorities
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive intelligence briefings
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership platforms
- Drive culture of continuous innovation through horizon-scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-vision projects with measurable impact
