- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers

- Quantify future opportunities through scenario modeling and predictive analytics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, R&D, or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of commercializing future-oriented concepts (patents, products, or ventures)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable systems
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience delivering executive-level presentations
- Published author or recognized thought leader in innovation/futures publications
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
