Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology, economic, and sociocultural trends to forecast market disruptions through 2030
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026-2030 business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable product initiatives
- Establish partnerships with emerging tech startups and academic research institutions
- Present trend insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and boards
- Author quarterly foresight reports and scenario planning frameworks
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or foresight roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology assessment
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Certification in Futures methodologies (e.g., from World Future Society)
- Experience with foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
