- Develop strategic roadmaps for next-gen products/services using scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, engineering, and design teams
- Present actionable insights to C-suite and board stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer research
- Champion ethical AI integration and sustainable innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, biotech, AGI, and climate tech
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized innovations
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation portfolio
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
