Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech/societal trends to develop 5-year strategic roadmaps
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Identify disruptive threats and market opportunities across 15+ industries
- Design innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping of 2026-ready solutions
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into patentable IP and MVPs
- Present trend forecasts to Fortune 500 clients via executive briefings
- Author annual 'Future State' reports distributed to 50k+ professionals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight or corporate innovation roles
- Expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial products
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in innovation/futures publications
- Experience advising Fortune 500 C-suite on future-proofing strategies
