Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026+ market conditions and technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Produce high-impact strategic reports for executive decision-making and investor communications
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurist experts, academic partners, and industry pioneers
- Architect experimental prototypes for future-proof business models and customer experiences
- Present foresight insights to board members and external stakeholders through compelling narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
