Responsibilities
- Scan horizon for emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptors to identify high-impact opportunities for 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for C-suite executives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into actionable R&D roadmaps
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Published thought leader (articles, books, or industry reports)
- Experience with AI/ML, biotech, or climate tech domains preferred
