Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks for exponential growth opportunities in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Partner with product teams to translate future scenarios into actionable innovation pipelines
- Present foresight insights to executive leadership and external stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Produce annual Future State reports with predictive models and strategic recommendations
- Lead cross-functional workshops on scenario planning and innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futures research with proven impact on organizational transformation
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to C-level executives and boards
- Advanced degree in futures studies, strategic foresight, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Published thought leadership in innovation strategy or technology forecasting
- Experience building innovation ecosystems and managing strategic partnerships
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-state strategy implementation
