Responsibilities
- Architect 10-year strategic roadmaps using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and weak signal analysis
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Incubators' to prototype and validate paradigm-shifting concepts
- Develop proprietary foresight frameworks for clients including Fortune 500 and government agencies
- Deliver keynote presentations at Davos, TED, and global innovation summits
- Publish breakthrough whitepapers in Nature Futures and MIT Technology Review
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Quantum Fellowship program
- Interface with DARPA, NASA, and WHO on long-term existential risk mitigation
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent domain expertise
- 15+ years in strategic foresight with proven portfolio of implemented future scenarios
- Mastery of Delphi methods, causal layered analysis, and AI-driven trend forecasting
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures journals or equivalent thought leadership
- Experience with quantum computing modeling and exponential technology assessment
- Deep expertise in biotech, AGI governance, or space colonization domains
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio demonstrating transformational impact on $1B+ initiatives
