- Produce actionable scenario-planning models for technological and societal evolution
- Drive innovation sprints with cross-functional teams to prototype future solutions
- Represent company at global foresight forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership on long-term technological trends
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
