Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, geopolitical shifts, and socioeconomic patterns to forecast 2026+ market opportunities and disruptions
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks and strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across AI, biotech, and climate tech sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight data into innovation priorities and R&D investments
- Author high-impact thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global industry summits
- Build and maintain a proprietary intelligence network of futurists, scientists, and disruptive entrepreneurs
- Quantify market potential and risk mitigation strategies using predictive modeling and horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic consulting, corporate innovation, or futures research with demonstrable impact on 2020-2025 trends
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and systems thinking frameworks
- Published thought leader with 50+ articles/whitepapers on technological singularity or sustainable futures
- Proficiency in AI-powered trend analysis tools (e.g., Trend Hunter, Gartner Pulse) and quantitative forecasting models
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ successful 5-year strategic plans implemented by major corporations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or University of Strathclyde)
