- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with long-term vision
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and trend reports published in industry-leading journals
- Design and implement AI-driven foresight frameworks to quantify emerging market disruptions
- Build and mentor a team of futurist analysts while establishing thought leadership through keynote speaking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology analysis
- Proven track record developing future-focused strategies for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend mapping, and disruption analysis methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in AI/ML tools for predictive analytics and trend forecasting
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published author in foresight publications (e.g., Futures, Foresight Journal)
- Experience leading high-impact teams in fast-paced startup or consulting environments
