Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing to identify disruptive trends
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for 2026-2030
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into innovation roadmaps
- Author visionary thought leadership and executive briefings on emerging paradigm shifts
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight into R&D pipelines and go-to-market strategies
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic signals to anticipate systemic risks and opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or innovation leadership with tech-forward organizations
- Proven expertise in futures methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, cross-impact matrices)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation or policy impact
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
- Published author or keynote speaker on technology and societal transformation
