Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ strategic roadmaps using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Conduct competitive intelligence and market landscape analysis for emerging tech domains
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for innovation initiatives with measurable ROI
- Cultivate partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology adoption curves
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, bio-convergence, or Web3
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR) or strategic foresight methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or innovation frameworks
