Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological, social, and economic shifts
- Develop and maintain multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational vision
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable strategies
- Quantify market opportunities and risks for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Advise leadership on ethical frameworks and societal implications of disruptive innovations
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Produce executive-ready foresight reports and scenario planning documents
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, Business Strategy, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, Web3, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, CFSD) preferred
