Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using AI-driven trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in quantum computing, biotech, and decentralized ecosystems
- Produce actionable innovation roadmaps with 3-5 year implementation horizons
- Partner with product teams to translate future scenarios into tangible R&D priorities
- Establish thought leadership through industry reports and keynote presentations
- Monitor emerging technologies and geopolitical signals for early-mover advantages
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTE)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-shaping projects for Fortune 500 clients
