Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight framework using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neural interfaces) for strategic adoption and commercialization
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-ready innovations into development roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on long-term vision and innovation priorities
- Produce actionable whitepapers and executive briefings on disruptive market forces and competitive landscapes
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and innovation labs
- Monitor global policy/regulatory shifts and assess implications for technology deployment
- Mentor junior innovation specialists and build a future-focused organizational culture
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their market implications
