- Translate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and megatrends into strategic roadmaps for product development
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Author visionary thought leadership content and present strategic foresight to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and innovation hubs
- Design and implement organizational change initiatives to embed future-readiness across all departments
- Mentor junior strategists and build a world-class foresight capability
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused product leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into successful commercial initiatives
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning methodologies, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field preferred
