Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, social patterns, and economic indicators to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic frameworks that translate future insights into actionable business initiatives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on long-term innovation priorities
- Produce compelling scenario analyses and trend reports for executive decision-making
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups, technologies, and business models
- Champion future-focused R&D initiatives and innovation pipeline management
- Represent company vision at global conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial success
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and Web3 ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence C-suite executives
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Experience with futures simulation tools and foresight methodologies
