Responsibilities

- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive presentations on emerging risks and opportunities
- Partner with R&D to prioritize R&D investments in breakthrough technologies

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in strategy, innovation consulting, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech trajectories
- Exceptional communication skills for complex stakeholder management
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic innovation projects
