- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and disruptive forces
- Design strategic frameworks for market positioning in post-2025 ecosystems
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing business models
- Quantify ROI for futuristic initiatives through predictive modeling
- Build and manage an external network of futurists and industry pioneers
- Present findings to stakeholders using compelling data visualizations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight or corporate innovation roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, and biotech trajectories
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
