Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and sociocultural patterns to forecast industry disruptions by 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for emerging technologies (quantum AI, neuro interfaces, climate tech)
- Design strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational growth targets
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product development initiatives
- Present executive briefings on future market opportunities and competitive threats
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Produce trend reports and white papers that shape company strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology strategy
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or climate tech ecosystems
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong presentation skills with experience briefing C-level executives and boards
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Systems Thinking, Business Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology forecasting
- Experience with scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
