Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026+ technology and market foresight framework using advanced trend analysis
- Design strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with C-suite priorities and long-term business objectives
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI)
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-forward solutions
- Author executive-level trend briefings and disruption assessments for Fortune 500 clients
- Build and lead a global network of futurist researchers and industry disruptors
- Drive adoption of foresight methodologies across 15+ business units
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial impact
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech, climate tech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFM) preferred
- Portfolio of published trend forecasts or innovation frameworks required
