Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ innovation roadmaps using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on emerging technology adoption and disruption
- Conduct primary research on AI, quantum computing, and biotech implications for industry verticals
- Design and implement strategic pilots for breakthrough technologies with measurable ROI
- Present foresight insights to executive leadership and boards to drive strategic decisions
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proofing methodologies and agile experimentation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for complex future scenarios
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
