- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future-proof business models and digital transformation strategies
- Present trend analyses and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Manage a portfolio of innovation initiatives from concept to implementation with measurable ROI
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, think tanks, and technology pioneers
- Produce thought leadership content including whitepapers, keynote speeches, and industry reports
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market implications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic insights
- Track record of leading successful innovation initiatives with measurable business impact
- Advanced degree in Strategy, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Outstanding presentation skills with experience delivering C-suite level briefings
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CPSI) or futurist methodologies (e.g., WFS)
