Responsibilities
- Analyze macro-trends in AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, and climate resilience to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating technological singularity
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to translate foresight into strategic priorities
- Author quarterly 'Future Pulse' reports with predictive analytics and trend disruption matrices
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with 5-year strategic horizons
- Establish ethical guardrails for emerging technologies through stakeholder consensus building
- Present foresight findings at global innovation summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Strategic Foresight (PhD/Masters preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in corporate strategy consulting or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing trend-validated strategic frameworks for 2025+ horizons
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and horizon scanning techniques
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional data storytelling abilities with executive-level presentation experience
