Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic foresight roadmaps using AI-powered trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on emerging technology impacts
- Design immersive foresight workshops for Fortune 500 clients
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions and emerging tech startups
- Quantify market opportunities for frontier technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, neurotech)
- Advose on ethical frameworks for responsible innovation deployment
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and causal layered analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-state implementations
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Trendalyzer, Anticipatory Intelligence Suite)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Experience advising C-suite on disruption and transformation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred) or Innovation Management
