- Architect innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients navigating exponential change
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing business models and organizational resilience
- Produce thought leadership publications and whitepapers on emerging paradigm shifts
- Manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers
- Drive adoption of foresight methodologies across client innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic foresight initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and weak signal detection
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Published work in peer-reviewed futures or innovation journals
