Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years experience in corporate strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in trend analysis and technology forecasting
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences
- Proficiency in strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi)
- Experience managing cross-functional innovation teams
