Responsibilities
- Anticipate technological, societal, and economic trends impacting our industry through 2026+
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps with actionable 18-36 month execution plans
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Facilitate executive workshops to translate foresight into strategic priorities
- Author white papers and thought leadership content for industry conferences
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and academic researchers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year innovation strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, biotech, clean energy)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major media outlets
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on technology disruption
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
