- Architect strategic innovation roadmaps aligning emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into R&D priorities and product development pipelines
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer next-generation solutions
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proof methodologies and adaptive strategy execution
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and social megatrends impacting technology adoption and market evolution
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy leadership
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech domains (AI, quantum computing, Web3, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex futures into actionable strategies
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation roadmaps implemented in Fortune 500 environments
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CFAP, Certified Futurist) strongly preferred
