Responsibilities

- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and executive teams to translate foresight into actionable initiatives
- Conduct scenario planning and risk assessment for emerging technology adoption
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to prototype development
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or foresight roles with tech/industry experience
- Proven track record in emerging technology analysis (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in strategic foresight, business, or related field preferred
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling capabilities for complex concepts
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic modeling frameworks
- Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future studies
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools and foresight methodologies
