Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmaps by synthesizing technological, social, and economic trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum computing, bio-digital interfaces, AGI applications)
- Design strategic frameworks for exponential growth opportunities in Web4, synthetic biology, and spatial computing
- Deliver executive briefings and trend reports that inform multi-billion-dollar investment decisions
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, researchers, and disruptors
- Champion human-centric design principles in all future-state planning
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology strategy
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into executable business plans
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotechnology, or decentralized systems
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex future scenarios
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or relevant STEM field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology trends
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Shell, Delphi)
