Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions to identify strategic opportunities through 2030
- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion in AI, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align executive vision with tactical implementation plans
- Produce forward-looking white papers and thought leadership for industry conferences and publications
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions using agile methodologies
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure innovation ROI and strategic alignment
- Mentor junior strategists and build a global network of futurist thought partners
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis tools (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi methods, scenario modeling)
